How Learning To Cook Can Boost Your Creativity
Cooking is one of my greatest passions and I started
learning cooking when I joined college at 17 – to survive. Ever since my
journey for cooking began I traveled many miles, cooked many meals and
experienced a number of cuisines.
Along this journey of food I have learned a few things about
cooking and its process, and the kind of impact it has on our body, soul and
mind during bad times and good times. Food is the most necessary things for
your need of survival and almost every big event in our lives revolve around
it.
It plays an important role in the development of social
relationships and interactions. For me food is a sacred process of making and
insightful. Even though I’m not a pro at cooking, neither I got some training
for it but cooking has become a joyful passion for me.
